Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Luxor, a construction project-management platform operated by Roman Court Technologies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

Subscription and Billing

Luxor is offered on a per-business subscription at $299 per month billed annually, following a 14-day free trial. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Homeowner and subcontractor portal access is included at no additional charge.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other businesses, disrupting the platform, uploading unlawful content, or reverse-engineering the software. You retain ownership of the project data you submit.

AI Features

The AI virtual superintendent generates schedules, updates, and summaries to assist you. These outputs are provided as decision support and may contain errors; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken on your projects.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep Luxor available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid subscriptions.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roman Court Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination you may export your data for a limited period, after which it may be deleted.
