Luxor is a construction project-management platform operated by Roman Court Technologies. This policy explains what information we collect when you use luxorbuild.io and the Luxor application, and how we use and protect it.

We collect the account information you provide (name, business name, email), the project data you enter into Luxor (schedules, daily reports, photos, documents, and messages), and standard technical data such as device, browser, and usage logs that help us keep the service secure and reliable.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, to operate the AI virtual superintendent features you enable, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Data Sharing and Portals
Project data is visible only to members of your business and to the homeowners and subcontractors you explicitly invite into a scoped portal for their project. Access is enforced at the database level so businesses and projects remain isolated from one another.
AI Processing
When you use AI superintendent features, relevant project content may be processed by our AI providers solely to generate updates, summaries, and schedule changes for your project. This content is not used to train third-party models.
Data Security and Retention
We use encryption in transit and at rest and retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
